The Project: 

The purpose of this project was to create a space that is open with diagonal and straight lines with some pop of bold colours. Utilize clean lines along with a mixture of textures and materials. The open space is required to cope with the extensive social life Cindy and her children have. Language is been used through the design using architectural features such as the diagonal line and the way how it creates movement when in the group. This type of line is applied in the main elements of the design, the millwork, and the stairs. The Colour palette is neutral sober but elegant, it answers to the natural colours of the materials applied. However, a touch of bold colours on the furniture and details have been applied as well. The use of metal, wood, and concrete, resulting in a modern industrial style.
