The idea of the project was to create a space for leisure where art and books are the main purposes. For that reason, the program has developed into a lounge art exhibit area and a reading zone. Eclecticism was the concept used, therefore, a mixture of straight and organic lines, patterns, and colours was applied in different elements such as furniture, wall details, or even the art indeed. The project takes place in a garage, which means that everything should be removed if the client wants. Hence, it was considered to design removable wall panels and a removable electric fireplace that separates the zones. The color palette is a mix of bold colours throughout the whole design, orange and yellow cushions on the blue sofa, a dark pink womb. The concept allows the design to customize the fireplace and the bookshelf, both items combine geometries.
