This 320 sq foot modern house is located in old-town Toronto. The clients, a young couple, asked for a space to exhibit their art pieces. Therefore, an exhibit wall was placed in the living room. Modern and linear furniture was used and a neutral color palette.

Material and finishes in the kitchen are simple. White countertops are used in the cabinets and island. The kitchen is open to the living room.
